PAYMENT OBSERVATIONS FOR VACATIONAL RENTING.

To make the booking of the house clients must pay the 30% of the total price by banking transference and seven days before the entrance at the house clients will transfer the rest of the payment plus the deposit. The deposit will change depending on the kind of house to rent, and it will be given back to the client at the end of the stay if there have been no flaws.

Due to the great touristic demand and to the short duration of the vacational season, the amount of the cancelled booking won’t be given back to the client.
